ONLINE SALES POLICIES FOR GUADALAJARA MISTERIOSA TOUR WITH TAPATIO TOUR
It is necessary to arrive 15 minutes before the registered departure time (8:00 p.m.) the tour must depart at the time written by service logistics.
There is no seat reservation within the unit, so as you enter it, you choose a seat.
If you do not arrive at the mentioned time, there is no partial or total refund or change of date.
It is necessary to present your purchase email (printed or digital) and collect your tickets only at the Rotonda de los Jaliscienses Ilustres (next to the Guadalajara Cathedral directly on the bus, with a duly identified companion in a Tapatio uniform Tour.
Delivery will only be that same day, starting at 1:00 p.m.
No additional type of discount applies.
Pets are not allowed on board the unit.
People in a state of intoxication are not allowed to enter.
Smoking is not allowed on board the unit.
There are no toilets on board the unit.
We are not responsible for objects forgotten and/or lost during the service.
It is prohibited to enter with weapons or any sharp object that puts the safety of the people on board at risk.
We reserve the right of admission.
No cancellations, refunds or date changes are made on the same day of the service.
To make cancellations or date changes once the service has been set aside, an email must be sent at least 24 hours in advance of the date of the trip or service, to the email ventastapatio@gmail.com, where you must send your email address. confirmation and reason for change or cancellation.
If said change or cancellation proceeds, being within the parameters for it, by the same email the process to follow will be shared, in case of cancellation/refund it will be through the same collection platform that said refund will be made, respecting the policies of this application (open pay)
No partial or total refund applies in case of no-show for the service for reasons beyond the control of Tapatio Tour.
